We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. The place is so fun! If skiing wouldn’t have worn us out we could have done more. We used the hot tub every day after skiing and then made dinner. We had a wedding in NM, but wanted to stay in Pagosa with more restaurants. It was a nice, relaxing time. We weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub at all because of nightly thunderstorms during our stay. The main floor gets a little warm with little air circulation, but floor fans are provided in all the bedrooms to help move the air. The pool table in the basement was a nice distraction from the stress of the wedding. The setting is very peaceful with no back door neighbors that can be seen. We all agreed this is one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was very spacious. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room between the 3 levels and 5 bedrooms. It is in a great location, about a 10-minute drive to town and about 40 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. The host texted me the morning of our arrival to let us know there was an issue with the gas fireplace, but they sent someone out the very next day to fix it.
