Kitchen is very well equipped, with things like a slow cooker and a blender and lots of pots and pans. We liked the bar seating that let us feed the kids at the bar while the adults ate at the dining table, and the gas fireplace is nice. Beds were reasonably comfortable with plenty of sheets, blankets, etc. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher work well. It’s more functional than fancy, which worked well for us: some people might complain about things being a little run down but it was fine for us. My only complaints are that the house was full of dead flies (literally hundreds) when we arrived (although Vacasa gave us a reasonable refund to compensate for our cleaning them up), there was a mouse or rat that kept us awake with loud gnawing sounds a couple of nights but we saw no visible signs of; and the ping pong table was not usable due to the condition of the net. So I wouldn’t call it a high end property but it suited our needs pretty well. ##### Jody H.
