Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. The hosts were great, providing recommendations on activities, restaurants, and anything else we needed. Our kids loved the playground and the room to roam around outside. The house was very well equipped for cooking and was spacious. Our stay occurred during one of hottest weeks of the year, and with no AC like most of the houses in the area, we had to open all the windows to get air moving, but would then shut them in the middle of the night. Took a night or two to dial in, but we figured it out. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We miss the mountain views already. ##### Brad D.
