Five nearby lakes, four of which are regularly stocked, offer prime fishing, and hiking trails and scenic drives are minutes away. Wolf Creek Resort is 30 miles away for plentiful winter activities, and famous Pagosa Springs in downtown is only four miles away. As you enter, you have a mudroom for convenience. To the right the home opens to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and breakfast bar seating. Tucked near the kitchen is the laundry room with a dryer. To the left of the dining room is a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Moving into the spacious living room offers a Roku TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and the queen murphy bed. You'll enter the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom to the left of the mudroom where you can rejuvenate with a good night's sleep on a King size bed and step out onto the deck to enjoy the mornings visiting wildlife.
