The upper and lower decks were nice for viewing the deer and wild Turkey's. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. I would absolutely recommend this house if you are planning a vacation to Pagosa Springs Co. The house is in a good location from town and has lots of room but just needs some TLC.Although there is a no pet policy, the downstairs carpet is covered in urine stains and needs to be replaced asap. The kitchen is well-stocked and the Blackstone on the patio is a huge win! There were also plenty of towels and a very large W/D that was another great amenity. It is fine to lay your head down but this is not a house you just enjoy sitting and relaxing in. A few wire chairs here and there on the front and back porches but no place to really look out and enjoy scenery because there is so much shrubbery and vegetation...you can't see anything of the CO scenery. Again, it is lots of space and will allow many to sleep comfortably but needs some sprucing up before being given a justifiable $500/night price tag. ##### Anne B. We did have some issues with the dishwasher & spoke to the management company, who didn't do a single thing! Never even called us back to see how the problem was. There was har in the master shower drain & looked like old puke on the walls in the same shower. Seems like the cleaning company didn't do a very good job. @nd rental thru VACASA, can't say I am impressed with this company-at all! ##### Gayle Z.
