Upon entry, you are greeted by a bright flourish of local art, vibrancy, and spaciousness! To your left is a coat room for convenience, and to your right is the open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are ample windows that allow light to spill across the home. The living room offers a queen sofa sectional, an enormous smart TV, and additional seating with views of art. This flows to the dining room with outdoor views, seating, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious to accommodate your cooking desires. The double doors open to the home’s highlight, a massive covered deck with a sectional lounge, rocking chairs, a picnic table, and a BBQ Grill. There are even shades to roll down when the afternoon sun hits, and there is a great view of the forest, as well as national forest access. Off the porch beneath a trio of Ponderosas is a gas firepit, chairs, and a hammock- perfect for stargazing and lounging! Back inside, and to the right of the living room is the Primary Room, featuring a king bed, 55-inch smart TV, walk-in closet, and an attached master suite bathroom. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo. To the left of the dining room is a hallway leading to the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom. Both rooms offer closet space, curated artwork, and comfy beds. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is right next to both of them. There is a garage for your convenience as well as additional seating at the front door with stunning views of Pagosa Peak. There are kayaks for your pleasure and the walking path is half a minute away!
