This property was THE perfect place for our getaway to Pagosa Springs. We had 4 families traveling together and this rental was spacious and clean. We each had our own space and the common areas were perfect for relaxing together, sharing a meal or playing games. We can’t wait to stay here again. It’s very close to town and the hot springs. Saw many deer, geese, otters, ect. The orginal side of the house, upstairs bedrooms get a little warm in the middle of the day on the hotest days. I realize a lot of homes in the area dont have A/C and utilize fans and open windows. It does cool off fast in the evenings. It wasn't an issue for us using floor fans and open windows where necessary. The master suite side, the bunkbed room, and living area all have excellent A/C. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
