"Fantastic staff. Very clean. The rooms are small but that is an acceptable trade off for the location, service and cleanliness. I will definitely stay again."

"Excellent hotel in the heart of Victoria. Easy access to local amenities and theatres. Right next door to Victoria Station for ease of travel. Fantastic staff and excellent food and drinks served in The Soak. The cocktails are a must to try!"
"Small but comfortable room, (we booked the cheapest), remarkably quiet for central London. Very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, theatres and restaurants. "
"Over the past 10 years we have stayed on and off at the PARK Plaza hotel we find it conveniently located to restaurants walking attractions and mostly due to the fact this hotel is very clean and has excellent customer service.
I have a disability, and I feel that I am respected and cared for with courtesy."
"We felt very safe here with the 24 hour security guards. It is a very busy area being it is attached to the Chelsea stadium, but it was great. Staff was very nice and attentive, lots of shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distances, the tube is a very close walk to access, the weather was great so there were lots of people enjoying themselves... the entire experience was just a great one and we would stay here again when we return, because we will be coming back!"
