Simple kitchenette with dishes & without stove, sink, or dishwasher. Dishes must be washed before leaving and must be washed in bathroom sink. We stayed here with our dogs on the way to a holiday vacation and again on the way back. It was perfect for us and the dog yard is unbelievable. One of my dogs is very shy about going potty in public, but this is so private he had no problems. Only reason for 4 stars on check in was because it was not ready at 4pm on our way back home.
