Just a short stroll away is the vibrant harbour town of Padstow, where Michelin-starred restaurants rub shoulders with surf shops, and there is plenty to do, whatever the weather!

For the foodies in the party, the town is home to an amazing array of destination restaurants headed up by some very well-known names. Paul Ainsworth’s Michelin starred No 6 and Rick Steins flagship Seafood Restaurant offer exemplary fine dining options or try Prawn on The Lawn for memorable dishes and amazing cocktails served in a cosy, funky atmosphere. For a more bespoke option, Padstow Kitchen Garden can create a personalised menu cooked over open flames with a stunning estuary view, a sure-fire hit with the whole family. Located on a quiet corner of the grounds, this beautifully appointed apartment has a genuine feel of space and light throughout. Enhanced by the coastal colour palette and neutral tones, the contemporary styling creates a feel of holiday relaxation.  
  
The wide hallway provides a great spot to dump the bags and explore. Leading off the hallway is a generous master suite which features a private terrace, ensuite shower room and walk-in closet, creating a tranquil retreat. Adjacent to the master is a bright and welcoming twin bedroom with dual aspect windows, providing views over the gardens and the rooves of the town below. A spacious family bathroom sits opposite, featuring high quality fixtures and fittings, and conveniently placed for guests.  
  
Stepping back into the hallway, all eyes are drawn to the water. Providing a panoramic view of the estuary and the rolling hills of Rock, the open plan living area is a host’s dream. Making the most of the views to the water, the living area is dominated by large French doors which lead out on to a wonderful balcony, a great space for spending family time together. The sleek and modern styling of the kitchen provides ample room for creating those holiday feasts, all while enjoying those spectacular views.  
  
Outside Space  
Fish and Ships benefits from two terraces, one from the master suite and the second from the living area. Whilst the rear terrace provides a secluded retreat away from the household, the waterside balcony is a true extension of the living area and is a wonderful viewpoint from which to enjoy the birds-eye view of the ever-changing estuary.

There is one allocated parking space within the grounds.

The apartment is all on one level and has no internal steps or stairs.
