Ocean View is a beautifully appointed apartment on the first floor of the exclusive Treglos development in Constantine Bay, within a pleasant stroll of both the beautiful beach and the famous Trevose golf course. This luxury apartment includes an open plan living area with a high specification kitchen and doors to the balcony, two spacious bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms. Enjoying beautiful views over Constantine to the sea from the living area and master bedroom, this stunning apartment is a perfect place to reflect on your day, looking out over the scenery you have explored.  
  
Nearby  
Proudly positioned in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Constantine Bay is one of the most sought-after beach areas in North Cornwall. Ocean View is just a short walk from its renowned surfing beach which has rock pools to the left, perfect for exploring with the little ones, and a dramatic backdrop of sand dunes to the right. At low tide it connects with its sister beach, Boobys Bay, giving a stretch of more than half a mile of golden sand. Should you fancy exploring on foot, the Southwest Coast Path follows the undulating coastline and provides a scenic walk to several other sandy beaches.  
  
The championship Trevose Golf & Country Club is just moments away, a prestigious club offering three courses, suitable for golfers of all standards, with a breath-taking backdrop over the coast.  
  
The striking harbour town of Padstow is a ten-minute drive away and offers stunning scenery, gourmet restaurants, wine bars, galleries, shops, and more beaches along the estuary. The nearby village of St Merryn is home to Rick Steins public house, wine bars, pubs and shops and is central to several sandy beaches including Porthcothan, Treyarnon and Harlyn Bay where The Pig Hotel & Restaurant adds to the quality eateries in the locality.  
  
Inside Space  
The accommodation is located on the first floor of the building and can be accessed via a lift from the ground floor. The sleek open plan kitchen and living area leads to the ocean facing balcony with glorious views across the village to the sea and golf course. Also enjoying this stunning outlook is the master bedroom, a bright and airy king size room with ensuite shower facilities. To the rear of the apartment, there is a twin bedroom adjacent to the contemporary family bathroom, including a bath with shower over. A king and twin is the standard set up, however, both bedrooms have zip and link beds so both can be large doubles or twins on advance request.  
  
Outside Space  
Sliding doors from the living area lead out to the balcony, where you can relax in the sunshine whilst listening to the waves in the distance, or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sun setting on the horizon. There is also a handy storage unit on the ground level where you can safely tuck your boards or clubs away for the night.  
  
Parking  
There are two allocated parking spaces within the Treglos development.

Level paved parking and access to the building, lift to the first floor and then level accommodation from here.

A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.
