The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. We had a wonderful time at Bay Treat villas. Lovely villa, very clean, tidy and comfortable. Very well equipped, even down to dishwasher tabs for the amount of days we stayed. Hand wash, towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, salt and pepper, everything was thought of, excellent. If I wanted to be nit picky I would say the windows could do with a wash but other than that everything was perfect. Beautiful area, we were blessed with gorgeous weather too. A real bonus. Local beaches absolutely gorgeous.Friendly quiet site. People running the bars and kitchen were extremely pleasant people. The property was exactly what we were looking for and definitely would us the property again. It was clean, modern and had very good facilities I.e washer/dryer and iron with ironing board. There was crisps in the drawer of the bedroom. The stairs were unsafe it felt like one of the we’re going to give way when you stood on it. The noise from the next door neighbours early in the morning and late at night was horrific running up and down the stairs and being generally loud. I lifted the cushion up on the chair in the bedroom to check if anything had fallen behind it and it was filthy. The dining room chair back my daughter rested back whilst eating her lunch and the back of the chair gave way resulting in my daughter falling off the chair. The property is in need of general maintenance. I understand these are holiday lets but this one was a very worn out property in need of a lot of tlc. Our original unit was damaged just before our arrival, the property manager shifted us to a new unit in time for our arrival. Only thing is to begin with when we first went into the villa it smelt badly of stale smoke everywhere so we had to open windows and keep them open always whilst staying for the 3 nights. Also there is a bad drain smell in the back garden all day that’s really not nice so could not keep the back door open at all when weather was nice.
