The property is located in a holiday complex. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its sunny waterfront location. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Charcoal and electric barbecues are prohibited. A gas barbecue can be rented at reception for a deposit of €50.00 and a fee of €15.00\. For a fee of €28.00 per week, a baby set can be requested; this includes a cot and a high chair, each for children under 3 years. **Holiday resort** Landeskategorie 4 Sterne, 100 Unterkünfte, Rezeption (Safe), 1 Restaurant, Pizzeria, Bar, Poolbar, Internet (WLAN) und Kinderspielzimmer.
