(101 reviews) The suite was well layed out and came complete with a small kitchenette. Very walkable from our location. The staff were amazing. I had questions before we even started our vacation and they were quick to respond. Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful in trying to make our vacation a memorable experience. The only concern would be the first flight of stairs that had to be climbed before reaching the elevator. If stairs are an issue then this could be game changing. We didn’t give it a second thought. All the positives out weighed this one negative. We highly recommend this location. It should be noted that they have a few other properties in the area. (256 reviews) The hotel staff, friendly, helpful. They helped us plan a route to visit all the sites we wanted to see in Porto. They store our bags and then checkout time they put them in our room. When we returned, we just checked in our bags were already there. They have a wonderful turn down service. And the rooftop restaurant and bar has delicious food and cocktails. The view is unparalleled to see old town. You can see the golden hour, which was dazzling.
