The room (which is above a garage) is really nice, quiet, has a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and many thoughtful little touches. We were able to walk to the downtown/beach in about 10 min. Downsides: The room was quite warm (July), and we did not see any thermostat to adjust the temp. We ended up opening up the windows which helped, but there were no screens to block out insects. The shower took an extremely long time to get hot, but then was good.
