Park your car - you won’t need it. This beach home has everything you need for a perfect vacation with fun things to do seconds away! (And if you're coming for Concours week,you'll have the best view of the classic cars.) Sheltered white sandy beaches, swimming, surfing, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking (no need to bring your own - rent across the street). Volleyball court, seasonal kiddie pool, a café, beachside grill and a great restaurant surrounded by a park. Minutes to Cannery Row, Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf for dining, shopping, whale watching and fishing excursions. Three blocks away: downtown Pacific Grove, Farmers Market, shops, restaurants, and galleries. Nearby: world class golf, scenic 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel and Big Sur. FEATURES: The large, elevated deck has ocean views, a bistro table with a built-in fire pit and seating for six (barbecue in back). The main living area has comfy leather recliner sofas, a bay view windowseat and table for evening games, a den with a sectional and a jumbo TV, and a separate dining area. With so many restaurants and cafes in walking distance you may never cook, but the kitchen is a delight with painted cabinetry, seafoam quartz countertops, a JennAir four burner gas range, and a corner breakfast nook. There are three guest rooms with quality King beds, one downstairs and two upstairs. The second guest room on the upper level has a TV, memory foam electric controlled bed, and an ocean view. It was really nice to be able to park our car in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook a nice meal in. The house is clearly cared for well. The place was very clean and the beds were all comfortable. The management staff was excellent to work with. The one suggestion I have is they need to outfit their kitchen better. They need more cooking pots & pans and utensils. It was very sparse on silverware, plates and glassware - they need to double what they stock. Also, rentals should have storage containers/bags. Should also supply basic seasonings which they did have a some. Watching the sunrise over the ocean was a morning delight. Bathrooms have heated floors, great showers and plenty of towels. Bedrooms have extra blankets and the king beds and pillows are quite comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook. Location is a busy road, but the house is well-insulated. Honda CRV was an easy fit in the garage, but there is some street parking.
