Located on the south side of town, you'll be conveniently close to restaurants and other businesses. The cherry on top is that beach access is only one mile from your front door! With a unique round interior, this home is perched on a small hill and is a prime place to enjoy views of the ocean and the end of the Nestucca River. Around town you will find plenty of activities to keep you entertained, including horseback rides on the beach and hang gliding lessons. If you want, you can drive 30 minutes south to Lincoln City or 35 minutes north to Tillamook for even more exciting options. On the lower level of this home are a living area, a kitchenette, a laundry area, and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed) are also on the ground floor. With living spaces on the main floor, this home is perfect for everyone. Upstairs you will find another living room, complete with entertainment options and a cozy wood stove. Throughout this home you will have WiFi access, cable TV, Blu-ray/DVD players and a selection of movies, as well as stunning views of the surroundings, so nobody will be bored here! The top floor also has the primary bedroom, which features a king-size bed, plenty of storage, a sitting area, deck access, and a bathroom. Altogether, this home can comfortably sleep six guests, although up to 10 can stay here if they bring a sleeping bag! Up to four well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you on vacation, though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply. There is also plenty of parking for boats and vehicles. An upper and lower deck both offer spaces to breathe in the fresh sea air and admire the spectacular views of the scenery. With separate living areas on each floor, this home is an ideal place to stay with two families, but would also be great for a larger family or group of friends. Located just a quick drive from beach access and the restaurants and shops in Pacific City, you won't have to go far to experience the best this stretch of coast has to offer! The stairs are unsafe for elderly kids or drunks !!!! Any how. We still enjoyed are stay more because we felt no pressure in the home to walk on egg shells . It is in fact very pet friendly . After reading previous reviews on the place not having many items in the kitchen, I made sure to pack some pans, plastic utensils, plates, and even seating for the kitchen, we also brought our bathroom items, but upon check in and throughout the stay, I was being pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen, extra beddings, bathroom items, more then we could use. We had some issues while there but customer service at vacasa was very friendly and helpful with submitting tickets for services and nothing that restricted or intrupted our stay. Not the best house with someone in the group with mobility issues but we made due and there was plenty of space for all of us. ##### Linda B. The furniture is old, the entries are confusing, the kitchen utensils suck, I could go on. One of the main concerns for those booking this place should be that one of the rooms does not have a heating vent. Its the "Managers" suite or so the door said. The upstairs room is nice just older furniture again.
