Seaside Paradise is a lovely upgraded townhome in the peaceful, family friendly neighborhood of Shorepine Village in Pacific City. This is a cozy home with plush furnishings, a gas fireplace and a nice open layout downstairs. All of the bedrooms are spacious and there are 3 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms and an additional loft/den space. The home is very thoughtfully furnished & decorated making this the perfect family beach retreat.

Space Layout

2 level townhome. First level entry has living room, dining room, full bath with tub/shower that opens to hall & bedroom. Bedroom with queen bed. There is patio space with BBQ.

Upstairs has landing den with double futon and TV, hall bath with tub/shower, bedroom with double/double bunks and master bath with queen bed, TV and full bath with tub/shower.

Neighborhood:
Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Two miles of paved walking paths interweave through the Village, which is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

Notes:
This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

This home does not have parking directly in front of it. Parking is just a couple townhomes over. There is a garage space and additional shared parking.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

I very much enjoyed this place. Grayed i went solo. I recognize how much the had there if you were to have guests. Kitchen utensils pots and pans. It was great. My only fix i would add is blinds or some window covers in the kitchen and for the doors. At night it feels poor you are on display. Outside of that. The town was small yet busy with tourists. The locals are welcoming.. and the scenery is like being in a dream. Thank you very much. Yes i would rent again and recommend to any and all.

Less than advertised

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The unit is advertised for up to eight guests, but is only fit for four. The unit was clean when we arrived with the exception of the bath mats which needed to be washed. There was only seating for four at the dining room table. One of the chairs was broken. There were only four wine glasses and we had seven guests so I had to ask for more. The bedding was unorganized and I hadto search throughout the house to find what we needed to make up the upstairs futon which was advertised as part of the , sleeping options. Overall very disappointing stay we won’t be using this rental or property management company again.

Great location

Great neighborhood and close to the beach. The house was a perfect space for our family. It has good potential, but the whole place needs a deep cleaning especially the carpets and upholstery. Remove broken furniture and get new linens and towels.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and easy access to the beach and town. Amenities were as advertised. Plenty of room for 2 people. Can easily accommodate more. Only one heater vent working in the main downstairs area so took awhile to warm up. Should be an easy fix. Would happily go again. Go

Shorepine Village Vacation

Had a really great family vacation at the Shorepine condo. We had everything we needed and a grill too. Really liked having 3 bathrooms for our young adult children!! Also nice to have a washer & dryer. It's a short walk to the Pelican Pub, Ben&Jeff's, and beach access. Had a great time & will stay in the Shorepine Village again!

Perfect for us

A very pretty home, perfect size for the 5 of us. Very comfortable and liked the location. Any issues we had were mentioned to property management who got back to us quickly. Extremely positive experience from booking to checkout...will come back!

Beach condo

The only needed improvement is the pots and pans supplies and baking dishes. There were no casserole dishes and the pots and pans had no handles. Also, you should consider not using dryer sheets for the people staying who have sensitive skin. Overall this place was fantastic and we loved staying here.

Great location - Nice House

This house is as described in the listing. Positive: great location, super close to the beach and restaurants, cozy outdoor area, comfortable beds, modern looking furniture and wifi that works well. There are a few things they need to work on - the fireplace does not work (which they communicated before we arrived), I also reached out a few times with questions about the wifi network and location of a few items and did not hear back from anyone, the kitchen needs some help (the dishwasher appears to be falling apart and the cookware is completely outdated.) The house was clean, however, our dog found old mac and cheese under the couch and the previous guests did not pick up their dog poo in the yard (although I blame the dog owners for that not the property.) Overall, our family had a wonderful time in this cute house, if they fixed up a few things it would have been five stars all the way.

Just ok

The place is very clean w nice furnishings. It needs more kitchen items, basics were missing. The mattresses on all beds are “extra firm” and not comfortable for us. The fireplace doesn’t work. There are no blinds on the all glass doors, so feels exposed. With a few tweaks it would be a nice rental!
