This classic Pacific City retreat blends timeless coastal charm with tasteful modern updates, creating a home that feels fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. The spacious layout includes four bedrooms plus two additional sleeping areas, providing six separate sleeping spaces in total (four bedrooms, a den, and a loft). The home comfortably accommodates larger groups, with a maximum occupancy of up to 10 adults and 3 children (age 12 or under). Step outside to the large ocean-view deck—perfect for enjoying sunsets, grilling on the gas BBQ, or relaxing in the sheltered southern sun. Inside, the home has been recently remodeled and thoughtfully refurnished with brand-new furnishings throughout, giving it the feel of a brand-new home while maintaining its classic beach house character. Designed with vacationers in mind, Beach Dreamer includes upgraded amenities such as WiFi, cable TV, and plenty of comfortable gathering spaces for family and friends. The fully fenced secure back yard is ideal for families with young children or fur babies. The house had all the items we needed and was a short, 5 min walk to the beach. Outside of the back fence gate there is a one-mile loop trail that takes you up a hill to a bench with a lovely view of the beach. The house is near the end of a road and was very quiet. The home internet was adequate for streaming movies and doing Zoom calls. In the future, I would select the “no-contact” check in since I had to wait outside the building while another individual was talking to the staff inside.
