The spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 additional areas provides 6 separate sleeping spaces. There is a fantastic large deck for ocean views and sheltered south-side sun. This home is a classic Pacific City beach home, but has been recently & tastefully re-furnished and re-finished so it feels like new inside! Beach Dreamer has been designed thoughtfully for vacationers with upgraded amenities, gas BBQ, WIFI, cable TV and the dog can come too! 6 separate sleeping areas (4 bedrooms, den and loft). Maximum occupancy allowed is up to 10 adults and 3 kids (aged 12 or under). Recently remodeled with brand new furnishings throughout. Large deck with Gas BBQ Pack-n-play Just across sand street to beach access. WIFI Expanded cable TV Great lookout loft with amazing views Max cars 4 (contact us about additional parking) Pet friendly Layout: 3 level home. Bottom level has den with TV & double futon , laundry area, full bath, bedroom with queen bed & twin bed, bedroom with queen bed . Middle level has large deck, full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen, bedroom with king bed and bedroom with queen bed. Upper loft level , sitting area and TV. Neighborhood: Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes. Access Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. So if you book a stay allowing this type of gap between bookings, you may be asked to cancel or move dates. We apologize for inconvenience but the online booking system does not allow for this type of rule. This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet (dogs only) so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. May 13, 2022 #### good weekend The spacious house has lots of light and the separation of space--bedrooms on 2 floors and a big playroom on the 3rd floor worked well for us. The beach is just across the street. I thought the kitchen might be small with 6 adults and 3 kids but it worked out well. It was also well stocked with enough dishes and lots of cooking and serving options. Clean, lots of towels etc. The beds were a little firm for some of us. The only issue we had was the heat. It was rainy and chilly that weekend. When the heat was comfortable on the main floor it was too cold on the lower floor. The people who manage the house were easy to work with and we got a refund right away. All in all it is a good house to stay in, easy for a group to be together or in separate spaces. The fully fenced secure back yard is ideal for families with young children or fur babies. The house had all the items we needed and was a short, 5 min walk to the beach. Outside of the back fence gate there is a one-mile loop trail that takes you up a hill to a bench with a lovely view of the beach. The house is near the end of a road and was very quiet. The home internet was adequate for streaming movies and doing Zoom calls. In the future, I would select the “no-contact” check in since I had to wait outside the building while another individual was talking to the staff inside.
