You've found just the right place - come stay at The Beach Break in Pacific City! Cozy, comfortable, family-friendly, and an easy walk to the beach and Cape Kiwanda. The open plan design of this modern townhome offers a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living area with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a pull-out sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cheerful and sunny dining area while considering the day's activities...consider building sandcastles on the beach, hiking Cape Kiwanda, or renting surfboards for a day riding the waves. Whatever you choose, The Beach Break will welcome you home at the end of the day. The Beach Break has 2 bedrooms, both upstairs. The primary has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath. The guest room has a bunk bed with a twin on top, full-on bottom, and a full-size trundle that slides out. There is also a flat-screen TV in this room with a PlayStation and games. There is another full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. The Beach Break is located in Shorepine Village which has easy beach access via a unique wooden boardwalk. There are trails leading from this home to the boardwalk - the walk to the beach takes less than five minutes! We are sad that we can’t stay there again until the mattress is replaced. Clean rooms, nice walk to the beach and easy access to walk to Pelican Brewery. The garage had some surfboards that weren't locked in an owners closet, so we assumed they are available to use although we did not. There was also one body board. There were two bikes, although one of the bikes had a bad tube and wouldn't blow up and so wasn't useable. You are in a townhome with several surrounding, so be aware you'll have people walking around at times, but it was still nice and quiet. Your garage is separate from the actual property but close and easy access. We had a broken coffee pot. We had to call the Property Management Company three times for it to be replaced. But it was replaced. We had two adults and our two 13 year old kids and it seemed a great fit with an open kitchen for the four of us. ##### Sean M.
