Stay within sight and sound of the ocean, in an elevated, two bedroom, two bath, seaside flat above the strolling retail district of Seabrook’s Market Street. Stay engaged with daily activities at street level then retreat to an upstairs sanctuary with quintessential coastal vistas. A discreet and private resident entrance greets guests at ground level, then leads up a staircase into the spacious and light-filled great room. Showcasing an expansive front of windows, overlooking town and a forested gateway to the beach, this open living space stays illuminated with natural daylight no matter the weather. Prepare meals in a gourmet kitchen filled with high-end appliances and every essential for a simple or extraordinary culinary masterpiece. Enjoy casual or formal dining in the flexible kitchen and dining area with seating for up to six. On blustery days or after evening sunsets, find a favorite spot to curl up in front of the warm gas fireplace and watch movies, read a book or play a game. Relax in sophisticated style and comfort with furnishings chosen especially with serenity in mind. When days turn into night, retire to one of two deluxe bedrooms with luxury linens and a fresh coastal feel. The primary suite boasts a dreamy king size bed and ensuite bath, plus plenty of storage space for each guest. It's also furnished with a high definition flat screen tv, for late night movies or a relaxing day spent under the covers. An adjacent bedroom features a cozy queen bed and a full bath, which is accessible from the main hallway. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main hallway for guests who pack light or for days spent messing about at the beach or surrounding areas. This lovely beach getaway is located in the neighborhood South of Market, which is conveniently situated in the town center and within sight of the beach through a filtering of windswept trees. Seabrook’s Town Green is the nearby neighborhood park, ideal for stunning ocean vistas, boasting a sprawling grass lawn for events and picnics, a community fire pit, and a natural children’s play area. Wanderers will appreciate the nearby greenbelt conservation area, where explorers can veer from the sidewalks onto a natural trail and follow it through various habitats within Seabrook. Home is located on the second floor above retail space. It can only be accessed via a flight of stairs.
