Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym. Located in the center of town, hovering above the action on Market Street, Beach Baller combines the best of everything Seabrook has to offer. Easy access to the beach, and just steps from the shops, restaurants and food market. A huge priority in designing this home was to have two living spaces large enough for 8 people to comfortably gather in each space, and designed to be an easy retreat for 2 families. The main floor is an open floor plan with dining table seating for 8, and counter seating for 4\. We know how great it is to be able to spend time with the whole family… but we also know that both kids and adults appreciate having their own spaces too. The open main floor living room and kitchen with outside deck provides a comfy place to relax while the kids can play upstairs in the large media/living room and adjacent bunk room. We've made it easy to enjoy a game or movie night together in the media room, with room to accommodate everyone at mealtimes in the dining room on the main floor. In the summers, have a seat on the deck and take in the Friday night concerts or watch the hustle and bustle of the Saturday morning farmers market without leaving the house. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to easily make meals of any size, including a gas grill on the deck. Or, if you don't feel like cooking, you'll love the convenience of dining in or grabbing a meal to go at one of Seabrook's restaurants, located just steps outside the front door. Comfortably sleep up to 8 people in our 3 bedroom configuration: the main floor has 2 bedrooms, each with king sized beds and large TVs, while the upstairs bunkroom has 4 XL twins. \-WHAT PEOPLE LOVE-We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re on vacation. Here's what people say they love the most about our home:- Read a book, solve a puzzle or play one of our many games in our fully stocked huge TV media room also known as 'sofa city'.- Dim the lights, sink into our cushy sofa or club chairs and enjoy the gas fireplace at night.- Cook, bake or BBQ in our spacious kitchen equipped with all the amenities of home and maybe a few extras, including a Kitchen Aid mixer, baking supplies, Crock Pot, Popcorn air popper, extra serving trays, bowls and more!- Wash your dog easily in the walk-in shower that features a hand held detachable shower head.- Pack light and know that you can take care of laundry with our washer and dryer.- If you're attending a wedding or special event, we're just down the street from the Town Hall, and we feature full size mirrors in the bedrooms to ensure you leave the house looking your best. It was fun to people watch from the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. It was not ready for us at 4:00 and when we did get the address and code to unlock the door, we arrived to multiple bags of used linens blocking the entrance. Easy enough to toss them out of the way though. When we went upstairs we noticed a foul odor which we could not identify so we opened the windows and doors to air it out. Good thing we did because we figured out the next morning that someone had left a gas burner turned on but not lit on the stove. Not the owners fault and I’m sure our experience was just an unfortunate combination of oversights by the cleaning crew. Luckily, no one was hurt and we went on to enjoy our stay. Seabrook is an in credibly charming little town and the location of the rental made it easy to walk for coffee in the morning, explore the shops and go to the beach to watch the sunsets. The evening before we left the air conditioning unit on the wall leaked and water ran down the wall and puddled on the floor. We sopped it up as soon as we noticed it and tried to contact the after hours maintenance number but were not able to reach anyone. Again, not a big deal to sop up the water and put down a garbage bag with towels on top of it to try to avoid damage to the floors. Unfortunate series of events aside, we will definitely return to Seabrook again and would consider renting the same unit. ##### Sally B. Séjour de 3 nuits en août 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Randall C. 18 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfect Size and Location The Beach Baller was like home away from home. It was above a shop yet we never heard any noise below us. It was the perfect size for a family of four and a golden retriever. We loved being able to go out and grab a pizza, go to the arcade or head to the beach within a few minutes of walking. The property was clean and well decorated. We really loved the upstairs bonus tv/game room. This was our type of chill vacation. Just wish we would have stayed longer than a week. Can’t wait to visit again! ##### Randall C.
