Casa Gelso is a step-free holiday apartment in Pachino, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for home office needs, TV, and air conditioning. Outside, you have a private garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. An electric car charging station is also available. Experience comfort and convenience in a welcoming setting for your stay.  
  
The villa consists of two independent units, each with a private outdoor barbecue. The outdoor sink is shared with guests of the other unit, and each unit has its own outdoor shower. Located just 150 m from the sea, the villa is ideally positioned for exploring eastern Sicily. You can easily reach Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Montalbano’s filming locations, the Vendicari Reserve, Syracuse, and Noto.  
  
There are 4 parking spaces on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The two units can be connected on request for larger groups. Each unit features a private kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms.  
  
The property is equipped with water and energy-saving devices and offers an electric car charging station.
