Nice place!

This house was very roomy and in a great location. We enjoyed the Waffle maker for breakfast and the game room was a nice touch. Will stay here again when back in Ozark.

Weekend getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were hoping to get some fishing in but got rained out. We took advantage of the game room. The donut shop is a quick walk from the house as well!

Historical treasure

Creative well-appointed update to a home from another era. We had everything we needed and many extra touches made us feel welcome. Comfy beds, beautiful living room. Great game room for the kiddos. Big thumbs-up!

Excellent house and service

The House is located in the Ozark town close to restaurants and supermarkets. The house is very clean and spacious. It has everything a family might need. The recreation room is super cool. The owners pay attention to details that makes your stay easier and enjoyable. The communication with the owner is very fast. The house was about 35 min to and hour driving from the areas at the Ozark national Forrest we wanted to visit. We loved to unwind watching TV at the end of the day. The BBQ restaurant in town is really good. I will definitely will come back.

4 Days of motorcycle riding and wineries

2 couples on Harleys rode from Kansas to Ozark for some RnR and some wine and brewery tours. Unfortunately both breweries were closed (indefinitely?) but we did make the wineries. Had a delicious German lunch at the Wiederkehr Winery. We walked to many restaurants and to the grocery store. The only drawback of this property was the highway outside is a constant stream of loud semi trucks and vehicles without mufflers. It was very loud, even throughout the night and until sunrise. All of us are dog lovers, and owners. However, there are 2 stray dogs next door that continued to threaten us as we walked to town every day, and they preferred to do their business under the carport where we parked our bikes. That was a bit unpleasant. But, the inside of the house is super clean and nicely appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect spot for our girls retreat. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nice amenities. We loved all of the fall decor; it made it so cozy! We will be booking with this host again in the future.

The place was absolutely wonderful. It being as hot as it was outside, the house has great ac. The beds both extra rooms and master was awesome. Didn't get an opportunity to use the fire pit but it was beautiful. Can't wait for next year's stay.

The hosts have done a very nice job fixing up the inside of this house. It is very comfortable.A previous review mentioned the road noise. Yes, if you're sitting in the front of the house during busy times you are certainly aware of it. But it didn't disturb our sleep or stay at all.

Beds are comfortable Baths are clean and updatedAC works great and fans in every roomThe provided noise machine and ear plugs are a nice touch for light sleepers as there is periodic noise from cars/trucks It’s an older home so expect some doors sticking etc Only complaint is no closet in front room and so hooks to hang up clothes would have been welcome.

Family Wedding Weekend

We had a lovely stay in Ozark! The home was just as described—charming, cozy, and a perfect fit for our weekend. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were kind and responsive throughout.A few small things to note: as an older home, there were some expected quirks—like a few cobwebs and the occasional bug—but nothing that took away from our experience. The bigger challenge was the amount of pet hair throughout the house, particularly on the main couch and in the carpet of two of the bedrooms. The majority of those in our party have dog allergies and had to start allergy meds immediately upon arrival, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive. Also, the toilet paper holder in one bathroom was loose/hanging down, and the syrup in the waffle cart had seen better days—so no waffles for us this time!That said, the space was warm and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our time there. With just a little extra attention to detail, this spot could be even more fantastic. Overall, we would totally recommend this listing to others!
