Walk to all of the restaurants, breweries and shops from this spacious rental. Just 4 minutes to beautiful clear-water Stony Lake Park (Beach!) Come visit family or stay here after a wedding at one of the many of the nearby venues. Get out of the big city and come experience Oxford... One of the first homes built in the Village of Oxford, this private upstairs rental unit also has a private entryway. It has been tastefully renovated with beautiful trim work, tall ceilings, and large rooms. The entire home for most of it's standing was a large single family home, remodeled into a top-down duplex style. So the unit itself is basically it's own home, with 1500+ sq/ft the space feels like it just keeps going and going. \-None of the bedrooms share walls, so there is plenty of privacy within the unit. \-The property comfortably sleeps 6-9 guests. This is an upstairs apartment in a duplex home. You will have a private entrance accessed by key code. Your entry is meant to be private with a custom made door code for you and requires no interaction with your hosts at all. We love offering recommendations or whatever help we can during your stay. AC: As shown in our amenities this rental is air conditioned using portable units. The system we have in place works really well. There are now two window units and a portable floor unit. During the hottest days of the summer we recommend to keep the blackout curtains closed to keep sunlight out. The house is very quaint and beautiful. There was plenty of room for us all. We saw deer in the back yard in the morning. It is a great location in downtown Oxford. We walked to the park where there was a live band playing and a lot of towns folk watching, they had several areas for kids including a balloon artist and cotton candy. The adults were able to have margaritas from the local restaurants and drink them in the park. I highly recommend a stay here. ##### Catherine L.
