- We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.
- We have created a thorough Welcome Book to help you make the most of your vacation with top restaurant recommendations, things to do, and lots of local’s tips!
- We are pleased to offer concierge services for an additional fee – we will shop for your groceries and stock the home in advance of your arrival!

- Our central location right off The Square is close to all of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment Oxford is known for
- A quick walk or drive to the Ole Miss campus

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- The Hotty Toddy House is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!
- The Hotty Toddy House has a carport and large driveway for guest parking
- Our home has a doorbell camera. This camera will record video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay and guests must not cover up a camera.

RULES
- Minimum Age: Hotty Toddy Hideaway require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes a $1,500 accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. We do offer early arrival or late check out for an additional fee – please check with us for availability.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home. We do not allow parties or any unregistered guests.

Cancellation Policy
Oxford Vacation Rentals offers a 60-day cancellation policy, allowing flexibility while ensuring fairness to both guests and homeowners. However, Oxford Vacation Rentals maintains a strict no-cancellation policy for high-demand events, including Ole Miss football games (regular and postseason), concerts, the Double Decker Festival, and Ole Miss Graduation. These events bring significant demand, and reservations are considered final once booked.

*Departure instructions – we don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests! We only ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We leave a grill cleaning brush for the grill - if you prefer to have our cleaning staff clean the grill, let us know in advance for a $25 charge! We appreciate you!

Our PRIME location is just one block off the Square with cross streets of Jefferson and 9th. Why battle parking when you can walk everywhere and enjoy the best dining, shopping, and entertainment Oxford is known for! We are also within walking distance (or a quick drive) of the Ole Miss Campus. Our sophisticated and luxurious retreat is the perfect home away from home!
