Pleasant surprise was the included shuttle to blue mountain and being able to park at the door. The fireplace control was hard to find. It would have been nice to have a little note there which explained it. It also would have been nice if there had been coffee, sugar, maybe some coffee whitener or even a couple tea bags. If I had known there would be a keurig, I would have brought some k-cups. Communication with the management company was sub standard. I called for help once and the help was very good but way more time consuming than should be. When I texted for assistance, the response time was unacceptably slow. This property was just as described on the listing. Very clean and accommodating! Only 4 min drive from The Blue Mountain Village area. And about 7-10 min drive from grocery stores!
