Inside, Rivergrass 226 offers a spacious living area equipped with comfortable furnishings right in front of the TV for your convenience; the gas fireplace located under the TV makes this area a great spot to unwind after spending the day outside. If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort! If you're a golfer, the Monterra Golf Course is only a quarter-mile east (there are four other courses within a 12-mile drive as well). Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also wonderful for hiking, rock climbing, and swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north). THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Previous reviews mentioned this and it was said to have been addressed but it is still not good. A BBQ would have been great our group really did miss this for a summer stay. It needs a new carpets. Stains. Coffee machine old and stained. Upstairs bedrooms; beds were saggy. Brought our dog so thought we might be on the ground. Dog slipped on steep stairs. Did not get to use pool once which was really disappointing. That's why I selected this property. Weren't allowed access first day . Next day closed. Next day closed because s child spilled on the pool. When asked to have access to other pools answer was no. Had to pay for the Plunge. When arrived had to call Vacasa because hadn't received information how to access property etc... even though they said it was sent. Received it 3 days after our arrival saying you'll be looking forward to your trip with all the details...would have helped on the day we arrived. ##### Sue Y.
