Have to walk closer to the office. Beds were fine but, there is no side table or shelf to put your phone on for time and alarm. Good room darkening front curtains, sheer curtains in the small kitchen, no door, so when you need to be up at 5 for the ferry, good luck getting to sleep if it is still light out. Plumbing is very marginal, with patience you can get the right temperature. Full size fridge with a freezer, great to freeze your cooler packs. The bathroom had an odd layout with two doors opening from different parts of the room. It has a nice sitting area in the back. Although did not have much interaction with the proprietors they were nice and courteous. Despite being on the main road, did not hear much road noise. For the area, It's probably about as good as you are going to get. The only problem I had was that the hot water took a long time to come and was unreliable while showing. Very friendly welcome by the owners, great location close to town and right on the highway.
