Due to the circumstances revolving around coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The pool and the “garage-turned-gameroom” are perfect for the kids and for the “big kids.” As the property is 5 minutes from UCF, 10 minutes from Research Park, 20 from Orlando & the airports, & 45-55 from Disney & New Smyrna & Cocoa Beach, it’s actually one of the best located homes in the area. Located in central Florida’s Seminole County, Oviedo is a city with only about 33,000 residents, but it has one of the most robust growth rates in the region. Relatively equidistant between Orlando to the southwest and Daytona Beach to the northeast, though it’s not on the coast, it’s just an easy drive to some of the Sunshine State’s most beautiful beaches. In recent years, the city has ranked highly in the most livable city category in many travel magazines. It is 20 minutes from Orlando Airport (MCO), or the Orlando/Sanford Airport (SFB), Downtown Orlando, and Winter Park\`s famous Park Avenue. It is only 30-45 mins from Disney/Sea-World/Universal theme parks, shopping the Mall of Millenia or Premium Outlet Malls and several beaches - New Smyrna Beach, Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, and golf courses! You really CAN experience it ALL in one vacation from this location! It is also perfect for vacationers visiting University of Central Florida, only 5 minutes away. Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoor adventures for local explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy! In addition to being so close to the beaches, downtown Orlando, historic Winter Park, Sea Word, Disney, Universal Studios, UCF, etc. the house is 1 mile away from the 417 highway, Publix and Super Walmart. If you are planning on bringing a pet, it must be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. There will be an extra pet fee depending upon on how many pets and how long the stay. If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees). 1\. IMPORTANT: Outside Quiet Hours from 11 pm - 7 am. (Please respect my neighbors. Penalty for breaking this rule is potential loss of booking). 2\. We fit 10 people very easily. 15-20 adults would be a little tight but you could do it. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to be able to cook in. Nice coffee set up and plenty of k-cups. :) The house stayed cool despite the heat outside. Even the loft in the master bedroom was cool enough. The pool got a bit warm but that’s expected with the middle of the summer. The house is so close to great spots in East Orlando and the neighborhood was quiet. ##### Belinda H. Definitely, home away from home experience. My family and I were in Florida for a graduation. Even though it’s a Disney - Universal area, staying at this establishment was better than any vacation experience. Quiet, peaceful, and great communication. Clear and easy expectations. I stayed with my family and my two sister's family and we had plenty of beds. The house was close to Full Sail University where we were for my son's graduation. It was also within easy driving distance to downtown Winter Park and also Orlando. Also, my mom was wheelchair bound and we were concerned that there was not a recliner in the living room for my mom. Jeremy replaced the old sofa which was amazing and can't thank him enough! ##### John F. The house had many amenities and everything we needed. Check in process was smooth and the neighborhood and location was convenient to where we needed to go. The check out process was not unreasonable unlike some other properties. One of our guests unfortunately had car troubles and needed to stay in the driveway for a few hours after check out until a tow truck arrived. Jeremy was kind enough to be flexible and allow us to stay a bit longer. He was very easy to reach and responded in a very timely manner. Would stay again. ##### Michael C. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and fixed an issue with the TVs promptly. The beds were OK. Everything was nice and clean except under the couch. The kitchen had nice amenities but was not fully equipped for preparing big family meals. The playroom was fun and our bigger kids loved the basketball hoops in there. The Pac n Play was in perfect condition. However, I would not recommend this house for very little ones. There were cleaning and painting supplies in unlocked cabinets in the playroom, and some very small toys not suitable for toddlers. We would have loved to open the windows on the cool nights but all of the screens except one had holes in them. ##### Susan S. Plenty of places to sleep for up to 16\. House was clean, and well equipped. Nice back patio for hanging out. Communication with Jeremy was easy and quick! First impressions of the location was a well kept, quiet neighborhood with every type of shopping need only a short distance away. And when we walked through the door, the house was CLEAN, spacious, and well stocked with all the essentials that one would need. The coffee bar was great! TVs in every room, with full access to the apps, Most major parks and attractions were within an easy 45 minute drive. Communication with Jeremy, the host, was wonderful. It got my seal of approval for my children and grandchildren to stay there. I would definitely rent again since my father lives 10 minutes away and since there’s so many of us, we no longer can all fit in his home anymore! The kids only used the pool once since we were so busy, but their grandpa had a pool and we mostly had family time there. But they did enjoy the basketball hoop game and the pool table when we did have have some downtime.
