« Charming Bungalow with Spacious Yard was a lovely home to spend the week. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice park (has a summer pool too) in walking distance. Shopping and dining is also close. The weather during my stay showed this place stays warm during the cold spells and would be great to enjoy the backyard with the grill. « In KC for a family wedding and needed a house with multiple king beds - this was the perfect house. Outdoor space, garage turned into a game room, and plenty of room to spread out. « Rented this home for a few employees. Not only was this house a Great location but the stay felt as if they were in their own homes. It was very clean and the neighbors are even great! Wanted to stay longer but it was already rented. Easy check in too. Highly recommend! »

« I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. »
