Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom is located on the second level and features a private en-suite bathroom and a 40" Smart TV.  
  
Two sleeper sofas (one queen-sized & one twin-sized) as well as a twin-sized roll away bed are available for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations.

Lovely, updated property. Very comfortable, secluded, quiet and just gorgeous all around. On a private lot surrounded by trees. My husband and I stayed here for our 27th wedding anniversary and everything was just perfect. The communication from the host was top notch. Check in was flawless. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you much!

#### Secluded September 

Our September stay was extremely relaxing in this remote home. The property borders the Sitgreaves National Forest at the end of a private road, providing for a truly secluded location. During our two weeks stay, we watched mule deer and elk almost daily from the front porch and listened to the Bull elk bugle throughout the night. The location was excellent for daily hiking in the Sitgreaves forest and an easy drive to the Petrified Forest National Park The home was nicely appointed, the check in process was smooth and communication was good. I experienced an issue with the front door lock, but the VRBO host was readily available, and we were able to diagnose and remedy the technical error promptly (needed new batteries and a new code). We plan on visiting the area again within the next few years and I hope this location is available on our return.
