All Services at Noia, 10mn in car (15000 people) : shops, fish markets, health, transport. Santiago de Compostella at 30km. O Freixo is a small village part of Outes Council. O Freixo is around 20km from very nice and historic little own of Muros, before finistere. Many other interesting sites around, + beaches, for example playa de Broña.
