In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. Many windows to feel and see nature. The balcony is large and private. Hearing the roaring river behind the house from the balcony , upstairs bedroom and living area is so relaxing!!! The furniture and decor is wow !!!! Five minute walk to the town’s restaurants, shops, great Museum and a Catholic Church was perfect for our family !!! ##### Anne B. The house is very new feeling with modern style and amenities. The hot tub is on the deck right outside of the main bedroom, which is really nice. The yard is perfect for dogs, with a gate you can pull across the driveway to make it a fully-fenced worry free setup. We really enjoyed our stay and will look for this place again next time we make it back to Ouray. ##### Brett S.
