"We had a private room with our own bathroom. It was clean and there was storage to put our things. The kitchen was convenient and we had a spot for our food in the fridge, and a cupboard for dry food. Friendly people run the place. Nice budget stay convenient to walk everywhere and catch transportation to tours. Would be nice to have towels. "

"The hotel and staff were excellent! I totally appreciated the Moroccan influences in the hotel details (lighting fixtures, the bathroom mirror frame, the sink, etc.). Gave it a really nice ambiance! Check-in and check-out were very simple. The location was great and very close to all the great dining, museums, and more of the Casco area!"

"Let me tell you! 1000/10\. This hotel was nothing less than amazing. Firstly, the staff were always courteous and friendly, helping as much as they can. At certain times, even when there wasnt an item, they went looking for it. The room service was even more affordable than going out to eat and the food was plentiful. Breakfast was great and a lot of variety to choose from. My friend even had a birthday and they surprised us with a cake, a plate of fruits and a letter saying happy birthday. It was so thoughtful and we didnt expect it. I mean overall, it was an absolute pleasure staying there. Highly recommended!!! "

"this was the real deal. the food was very good; the breakfast was also outstanding as to taste and big choice. i especially appreciated the AC heat pump, which had heat and cooling. the entire experience left me promising myself that if i ever decided to overnight in Panama City again the Tocumen Crowne Plaza hotel is where i will be staying."
