« We were pleased to find a 3 bedroom home that was all on one level (two stairs to get into the house). My Father-in-law is ambulatory but is 94 and this was perfect for his level of mobility. The house also had a bathroom with a step-in shower. There was a lovely view of the 18th hole on The Woods Mountain View golf course. Our only wish would have been to have a Keurig coffee maker as we had brought pods with us. We would book this house again. »

« Cute for 2 people, but if you have trouble with steps look for a different location. Bed in main bedroom was VERY tall off the ground and hard to get into for a 5 foot tall woman. Clean property, but although sleeps 6 is stated in rental, it was comfortable for myself and my friend on our girls weekend. Give local restaurant Black Bear Tavern a 5 star rating also. EXCELLENT service, selection, food was amazing and entertainment was spot on for what we were looking for. Location nearby...

« What a wonderful, relaxing, tranquil retreat. David and Pearle were such gracious hosts, providing so many amenities for our comfort/enjoyment. Morning coffee on the dock and evenings in the hot tub with beautiful lake views were a great way to start and end each day. We enjoyed roasted marshmallows and s'mores by the campfire. The information binder on the counter was so helpful, especially for giving us ideas of places to visit in the area, such as Swallow Falls State Park, Deep Creek State...
