Biggest negative for us was we could not have our family of 3 in a single room and had to split a 2nd room with another family of 3 in our group. Daily breakfast was great, lots of options for both a Western palette or those wanting something more authentic to Japan. My biggest complaint would be the runny eggs but you can get an omelette cooked on demand. Several coffee options (very small cups though) and the kids loved the ice cream. Always fresh fruit, yogurt and a variety of bread/baking. Never ate lunch or dinner there. Multiple coffee shops on the first floor. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They don't offer many amenities but there are plenty of stores nearby. Food, shopping etc. The grocery store is amazing."
