« Very clean. Loved the porch and table fire! Parking wasn’t a problem, we found the garage right away but didn’t need it. Pool was empty, couldn’t find the hot tub, didn’t matter, sitting on the porch watching the lake was awesome! The mattress in the master wasn’t in the best shape. Make sure you bring bath soap, and shampoo.You will need kitchen staples, salt/pepper, sugar, but there was coffee! I would recommend bottled water, and store bought ice… Fridge probably just needs new filters. All...

« Rachel & Chad were wonderful hosts. We got in town early, planning to see some sights, but the weather was cold and rainy. I called them to see if we could get in early and they were happy to accommodate us. The condo was exactly the way it was described. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!! »

« My husband and I with our two kid three and under stayed here for a short weekend visiting for a family wedding. Would definitely would stay here again. It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of space for parking either in the underground garage or outside. Wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the patio space but that’s Iowa weather for you. Would definitely stay here again! »

« It was a beautiful place with lots of space for all of us!! Right on the water which was very pretty and cool! Walking distance to the ritz which was very convenient! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone :) we even left behind a bag and they are going out of their way to work with us on getting it back! »

« Beautiful area. Great fishing. Wonderful location and view. Beds are comfortable. (If all adults in your party...2 bedrooms are smaller with king beds and not alot of room on sides). Table and chairs for dining are tall...so make sure your group will be able to get up on them. We had some gorgeous days and did well fishing. Loved the time spent here. »

« This place is beautiful. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here to visit my son and grandson. It has everything you need. The location is in walking distance to all the great downtown restaurants and shops. It’s quiet, the kitchen has everything, comfortable beds, a tv in every room, nice deck, great communication with property contacts if you need anything. I highly recommend it. »

« We enjoyed staying at the Loft. The bed was comfortable, it had everything we needed - towels, dishes/pots & pans, coffee, extra bedding and pillows. The building is historic and we loved the big windows that overlooked Main Street. Dunlap is lucky to have such a nice option for an overnight stay! »

« Perfect location. Great size an amenities for a group of five. Only issue was bedroom facing street was very warm and whoever sleeps on pullout couch will wake up to sun. However, we enjoyed everything else about it! Would definitely book again. »
