« Had no problems. Stay was very nice except Wi-Fi was little sketchie. We loved the river and the quietness. Would differently stay again. »

« Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. »

« I was shocked at how expensive hotels in Knoxville were but this place was a great choice. Walking distance to lots of atteactions and restaurants. We loved the black pearl in market square. Great historical building. »

« We loved everything about this condo. Comfortable, beautifully decorated. I wanted to take the cozy comforter from the brick bedroom with me, but I resisted the urge. Kitchen had everthing we needed EXCEPT dark roast K-cups. Next time we will bring those with us. There were plenty of other K-cups to choose from. My husband RAVED about the shower. We will plan to stay here next time we are in town, if we can get a booking. »
