Charming home nestled in the heart of Little Italy in downtown Ottawa. Quiet & calm neighbourhood but still only steps away from vibrant Preston St & scenic Dow's Lake.  
  
Spacious, 3-story home; eclectic feel making it easy to settle in and feel at home. 3 bedrooms and 3 separate work areas giving ample space to spread out, relax, and enjoy comfortably for larger groups.  
  
The main floor includes a living room with a 55" TV with Netflix, office room, large kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Unlimited high speed fiber internet (500 MB/s).  
  
The second floor includes 3 bedrooms, an office and a full bathroom.  
  
The basement includes a multipurpose room, a private office room with a futon, laundry and dryer (free of charge) and a second full bathroom.  
  
The front yard has beautiful landscaping while the backyard is private with a deck, patio furniture and bbq.  
  
3 free parking spots on site.
