The holiday home Martina is located in the city centre of Otranto, in the southeast of Italy. With its 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for 2 people), 1 bathroom and a spacious living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The well-equipped apartment includes air conditioning and a washing machine. On your private balcony with a view of the old town you can start the day with a hot cup of coffee. The picturesque old town of Otranto, a 3-minute walk from the property (200 m), is famous for its impressive cathedral from the 12th century and its beautiful harbour promenade. Here you can enjoy the excellent Mediterranean cuisine in one of the numerous restaurants with a sea view. The nearest beach Scaloni is 550 m away (a 7-minute walk)  
  
The property offers parking spot in a garage. Bed linen are included in the price while towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. Pets are allowed, but an extra fee needs to be paid.
