Villa del Sol is modern and bright and the perfect solutions for relaxing and carefree holidays in Puglia.  
The holiday with swimming pool for rent for holidays in Salento, accommodates up to 6 guests and is in Otranto, one of the most beautiful seaside locations with a wonderful old town centre, lush nature and dreamy beaches.  
Villa del Sol is surrounded by a large lush garden, in a quiet area of the "Città dei Martiri".  
The villa is on two floors  
and it\`s less than 1 kilometer away from the old town centre which  
opens like a treasure chest to tourists that come from all over the  
world.  
The villa is equipped with accessories such as the swimming pool and the garden with scented Mediterranean vegetation, solarium by the swimming pool, air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, hair-dryer, tv, mosquito nets, heating system, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower.

Villa  
del Sol was designed for a relaxing and carefree holiday: the large  
outdoor areas, the lush garden, the swimming pool, the comfortable and  
cozy rooms, characterized by pale shades.  
The villa is introduced  
by the electric gate. The big garden is an oasis with chianche paths  
that lead to the swimming pool and gazebo with outdoor dining area,  
where you can relax.  
It is possible to park the cars in the property with large garden.

Villa del Sol is on two floors and the sleeping area is divided from the living area.  
On the ground floor, the airy porch  
with outdoor dining area and sofas introdces the living area. The villa  
opens into a living room with a corner sofa where you can relax while  
watching the tv. Moreover, there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen  
and a full bathroom.  
The stairs lead to the sleeping area on the lower floor. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is the elegant double bedroom with a pertinent outdoor area, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom.  
The glass door of the twin bedroom overlooks the garden and the outbuilding. The outbuilding, accessible from the garden, is furnished as twin bedroom with trundle bed and full bathroom.

The  
beautiful Villa del Sol, villa with swimming pool for rent for holidays  
in Otranto, is in the outskirts of the town, a quiet area near the city  
centre. The villa is within walkin distance from the city centre and  
less than 1 kilometer away from town services.  
The tourist spots of Otranto, such as the castle with bastions, the cathedral dedicated to martyrs,  
the church San Pietro and the Porta Antica. Moreover there are other  
worth-visiting spots just outside the city centre such as the bauxite  
quarry, the Orte bay and the Punta Palascia lighthouse.  
We suggest visiting Porto Badisco, legendary Aeneas\`s landing place, for a regenerating dive or the beautiful beaches and the area of Alimini lakes.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.  
\- Pool available from April to October.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
