Magnifique lieu au calme dans les oliviers, le site est parfait pour se reposer tout en profitant de l’espace piscines. Personnel très professionnel, petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux de qualité.

Très bon établissement, dans paysage enchanteur
Établissement très authentique dans une ancienne métairie restaurée avec beaucoup de goût au milieu d’une magnifique plantation d’oliviers.Seul bémol, les possibilités de restauration à proximité sont limitées et la cuisine de l’etablissement est végétarienne-ce qui n’est pas une critique en soi- mais un élément dont il faut être averti. Un site magnifique près d'ostuni
Un très joli endroit à 8 km d'Ostuni en pleine nature parmi les champs d'Olivier. Chambre confortable , grande, claire à la literie confortable. Belle grande SDB. Belle décoration . 2 grandes piscines dont nous n'avons pas profité malheureusement, le temps était trop frais. Bon pdj. Un site site qui doit être encore plus magnifique l'été. Nous vous recommandons.

Un petit coin de paradis pour adultes
Le site est exceptionnel, reposant, luxueux avec un personnel très sympathique. L'espace piscine est magnifique. Les chambres sont très jolies et confortables. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et peu de monde. Le petit déjeuner est frais et copieux. Le principe du restaurant végétarien est très intéressant. Il est proposé le soir un menu dégustation à 30€. Compte tenu de l'isolement, la connexion Wifi est quasi inexistante, mais ce n'est pas la priorité. Attention, c'est en priorité un endroit pour les couples amoureux ou avec de grands adolescents, mais pas adapté pour les jeunes enfants.

Such luxury. We were spoiled for beauty and peacefulness which was just what we needed. The food was outstanding. The apartment was gorgeous. The shower was exceptional. Thank you.

This property was a charming surprise, a country property a few miles from the town of Ostuni. Staying here was a wonderful experience, and the hosts/staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The vegetarian restaurant with it's nightly tasting menu was superb. Highly recommend this property for it's comfort and ambience.

We felt at home and comfortable with everyone in this hotel. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is great. The vegetarian dinner was great, we didn't eat the full menu and they only charged us part of the price; we had an emergency and had to check out a day early and they immediately cancelled our last night stay on our bill. All the details they took care of made us feel at home. We will def be back again.

Beautiful Masseria surrounded buy olive trees and more. Nice rooms with outdoor space. Enjoyed the pools and the views! We had a meal at the restaurant it was végétarien and very good. Gréât breakfast!

Masseria Le Carrube was a unique and tranquil experience! It was an oasis after a couple of weeks of travel where we rested, enjoyed the Poland grounds, and had 2 amazing culinary experiences at the restaurant. The staff was always wonderful, helpful with any and all requests.

We loved our stay at this Masseria. It was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool set amid the olive groves--very quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. The vegetarian restaurant onsite is truly excellent and the hotel is very close to Ostuni, as well as Locorotondo and Alberobello. I would highly recommend this masseria for a relaxing getaway in Puglia, especially for couples. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved my stay at Masseria le Carrube! The hotel is located in the middle of olive tree groves with beautiful views all around. The pool is the main reason I booked this place. It is stunning. The hotel is vegetarian only but the food is so fresh and so delicious. I probably had one of the best orrecchiette pastas there. Be sure not to miss out on breakfast.

Such an amazing place. The pool is so beautiful as is the breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer. Only thing I would suggest is not changing for Nespresso capsules in the room, that is a bit strange

Beautiful place in the middle of a large olive plantation. Very quiet. Big room and bathroom in a small courtyard with own sun beds. Nice pool area. Fantastic dinner menu and great breakfast. We loved everything.

10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted a luxurious break in total peace and tranquillity. The optional evening meal was an amazing set menu of vegetarian delight- 7 courses of various delicious Italian twists. Certainly a place I would return to if ever in the area again. The pool was heaven, we just loved it there.

Great staff. Extremely helpful. Masseria means a farmhouse/plantation so dont expect much around. it is just you and the olive trees. you would expect the rooms to be bigger but they are normal sized. unfortunately breakfast could be richer. the pool is great, wonderful place to do some reading.
