Jun 30, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Wohnung in Ordnung, Lage gut aber.... Das Objekt wird von der Agentur Flöter betreut. Entgegennahme der Schlüssel ging schnell und problemlos. An der Wohnung angekommen stellten sich dann gleich mehrere Fragen: (1.) Wie parke ich den PKW auf dem zugewiesenen Parkplatz? War erst möglich, nachdem der Gast vom danebenliegenden parkplatz seinen PKW freundlicherweise ans äußerste andere Eck fuhr. Wir haben dann 1mal geparkt und den PKW die ganze Woche bis zur Abreise nicht mehr berührt. Abhilfe könnte ein deutliches stutzen der begrenzenden Hecke bringen. (2.) Wo kann man die Fahrräder abstellen, (3.)wie läuft es mit der Müllentsorgung etc. Diese Informationen wurden weder bei der Schlüsselübergabe mitgegeben und auch die Infomappe, welche schon mehrere Jahre kein Update erhalten hat, hat diesbezüglich nur mangelhafte Informationen geliefert. Wir erhielten diese Informationen von den Mitarbeiterinnen einer fremden Agentur die im sleben Gebäude tätig sind. Die "erfreuten" sich unserer Anfragen, da wir offensichtlich nicht der ersten "Flöter-Kunden" waren, die diese fragen stellten. Unschön war auch die Antwort der Agentur auf einen Anruf, dass die Fernseher nicht richtig funktionieren und ständig Aussetzer hatten. Die Antwort: "Ich geb's weiter aber machen kann man da wohl nichts", war jedenfalls nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Tatsache aber, es wurde etwas gemacht, die Probleme gelöst und 1 Tag vor Abreise erkundigte man sich, ob das Problem gelöst ist. Negativ empfanden wir auch die Größe des Doppelbetts. Bei nur 140 cm oder 160 cm (?) Breite und etwas weicher durchgehender Matratze hat es uns dazu bewogen, dass Einer ins OG gezogen ist, wo 3 Einzelbetten stehen. Da musste man dann allerdings feststellen, dass die Dächer sehr schlecht isoliert sind, was bei den >30 Grad, die wir zeitweise hatten, schon sehr unangenehm wurde. Sowohl, was die Temperatur betrifft als auch die Lärmbelästigung, da selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern jedes vorbeifahrende Auto zu hören ist. Mit der Info, dass der Reinigungsservice scheinbar nur den Auftrag hat, innerhalb der Räumlichkeiten zu reinigen, hört unsere Mängelliste auf. Schön wäre es, wenn zumindest alle paar Wochen einmal auch die Balkone gereinigt werden. Ansonsten war alles wir beschrieben in der Wohung, die grundsätzlich von der Aufteilung her in Ordnung ist.
