Ein gut zugänglicher Parkplatz liegt direkt vor der Wohnung. Zu Fuß zum Einkaufen (Edeka) und zum Omnibus benötigt man rd. 10 Minuten, ein angenehmer und ruhiger Spaziergang durch die Buchenstraße.
