The maritime furnished and bright 2-bedroom apartment in south-east orientation is located in the 2nd. OG the residence house sea view near the beach. It offers with about 50 square meters of space for 2-3 people (non-smoking).  
  
The spacious and bright living / dining area has a nice dining area, a comfortable seating area with sofa bed (extra bed for 2 persons), free WiFi, a multimedia cable TV and an audio system with iPhone docking station and Bluetooth.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hot air oven and 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee and espresso machine.  
  
The bright and friendly furnished bedroom to the sea side has a comfortable double bed.  
  
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a generous vanity, mirror, hair dryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating.  
  
A free underground parking space is available for your stay.  
  In the bedroom, which is also decorated in maritime style, you will find a double bed.   The bathroom has a walk-in shower, an oversized vanity with a generous mirror and a hairdryer.   A special highlight is the side sea view from the living room and south balcony. The balcony offers great lounge furniture, which make the feel-good atmosphere perfect.  
  
Wi-Fi is included free of charge.

The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.
