Directly on the newly created spa park in the 1. Location of the beautiful Baltic resort Baabe is the apartment house Kurparkresidenz with its 17 apartments. Surrounded by dunes and old pine trees, the property captivates with its light Mediterranean architecture. To the fine sandy beach is only about 100 m and only 2 minutes walk to the center. A holiday dream comes true !!!  
  
Kurparkresidenz Baabe Whg. 08 with balcony:  
The Non smoking apartment has a floor space of about 40 square meters, is for 2 persons + 1 child up to 10 years (1.40 m length) and is located on the 1st floor in the Kurparkresidenz in the Baltic resort of Baabe. The Kurparkresidenz is located directly on the spa park in the first row to the Baltic Sea. The fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is about 100 meters away. Through the beach pines of the spa park you have some sea views. The distance to the beach road in Baabe is about 100 meters. The apartment has an underground parking space (height 1.95m). There is an elevator in the house. Look forward to an apartment that is fully equipped with laminate and underfloor heating (allergy-friendly). Due to the large floor to ceiling glass windows, or Doors the apartment gets a lot of natural light. The living room (20sqm) has a couch with table, LCD TV and an integrated kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic sink, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer and various kitchen utensils. An Internet connection (WLAN) is available for you in the apartment and can be used free of charge. The bedroom (12qm) consists of a double bed (2x0,90x2, 00 m), 1 loft bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower / WC. On one of the two balconies (a balcony roofed loggia) you can enjoy the sun in the morning. When setting up we have put a lot of emphasis on quality materials and paid attention to a pleasant atmosphere, because you have holidays and should feel comfortable. Pets are not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.  
  
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
