The location is great, not far from the main train station, and within walking distance of public transport. The hotel is next to a nice park and river and the area is beautiful. The room was good, and the service was nice.

Příjemný pobyt

Zpočátku trochu zklamání, ale nadstandardní vstřícnost majitele vše vynahradila. Když zapomenu na to, že dáma na recepci neumí zavolat taxi a ani o tom zákazníky neinformuje, tak jinak bylo vše v pořádku. Postele mírně nepohodlné, vybavení pokoje dobré a snídaně v pohodě.

Quick stop in katowice

Overnight stay in the airport area for early morning flight. Clean, comfortable and very very nice. One additional stars for the staff, so professional and courteous as young. May be, a little wide choice for a dinner in the hotel should be for sure appreciated.

Lovely quiet hotel

I stayed here on business as my usual hotel was fully booked. Really pleased I found it, very clean, very friendly staff especially when I woke them due to needing to go to hospital in the middle of the night! Lovely room, altough it was more like a one bedroom flat. Loads of space, very clean. Breakfast was good, maybe not a s extravagant as a larger hotel but more than suffice to choice I thought. Situated in a quiet area with plenty of free street parking. As I visit Ostrava regularly for business I am sure I will stay there again.

Positive surprice

Stayed in a very big family room. The area is quiet with a park next to the hotel with two family friendly restaurants (descent food, not less not more). Next to the hotel is a public bath with a huge outdoor pool area with waterslide and indoor pool. Breakfast is ok. Since it is a small hotel you can't have that many food options as the best hotels. The cleaniness is ok and the reception helpful and let us use the parking when we prolonged our stay a bit. There is a small parking in the garden for about three cars if you do not want to use the free parking on the street.
