The apartment is designed for comfort and relaxation, with two sunny terraces allowing guests to enjoy the sun all day long. The front terrace, approximately 10m², is sunny after midday, while the back terrace, approximately 5m², enjoys the sun until 3pm. The apartment is non-smoking, pet-free and designed without tight carpets for easy maintenance. In addition, Wi-Fi is available, a spacious elevator for easy access and a vacuum cleaner is available for guests' convenience. Located within walking distance of major attractions such as the Visserskaai shopping street, the station and the beach, this apartment offers tranquillity and proximity to the vibrant heart of Ostend. Guests can explore the local area on foot, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cultural activities just a few steps away. The apartment features an open-plan kitchen leading out onto a terrace and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a combi oven, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, traditional coffee machine and induction hob. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed with duvets for one person, and the bathroom, connected to the bedroom, features a spacious walk-in shower, hairdryer and a single sink.
