Fantastic welcome from Lee, very knowledgeable and pointed out places to visit as well as recommending area to but local beer and mayo which the kids loved. Lovely Continental Breakfast, i usually dont eat it but it was very enjoyable. We were late checking out due to my oversight but the staff couldnt have been more accomodating. Will definitely revisit as the Hotel was great and we all fell in love witj the area and people.

Room very small despite booking a comfort double. Was informed by email that car parking was only available for part of our stay and we'd be advised on arrival. However, on arrival told no car parking booked. Good selection for breakfast. Central location.

City break by the sea

It was a very good location, the breakfast was very good, service was good, the only downside, but this seems to be all hotels in Oostende is no air conditioning for those hotter nights!

Very pleased

The hotel was very lovely looking, very very clean. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom too. The staff were kind and very helpful. There was buffet breakfast included and it was very good, with a lot of variety in foods. The location was amazing as well as it was very close by to a big park that had a Christmas market, and the city was beautiful. There were so many Christmas decorations and lights. A lot of parking spaces around the hotel, and parking was free during the night, therefore it was a bit of a problem finding any spaces near by but was manageable.

The room is very small, the hair dryer didn't work, there were broken lamps in the room. we were 5 people, 4 adults and 1 child, there were beds for 4 people, we had to sleep with a child. The child was charged full price. The mattresses are terrible as are the pillows, it's impossible to sleep, it's a torment. Not worth your money. It's not 3 stars, I wouldn't even give 1.

Good location

The hotel is well situated for everything. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room was ok and bed comfortable and the bathroom was tiny, ok for a couple of days max. The cleaning in the room was not so good. If you moved side table etc there was dust and debris behind. I didn't have a sheet change in 4 days. Make sure you book parking as it is not onsite and very limited. We were lucky that they had a cancelation. Thank you to the managers for sorting that out for us. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was not nice at all. Out of a machine is generally good, but this was awful. In summary good for couple of nights, eat breakfast elsewhere.

Gezellig hotelletje midden in Oostende

Super vriendelijk personeel. We konden onze bagaga voor en na ons verblijf nog bij de receptie laten staan. Wij hadden een enorm ruime familiekamer met 2 aparte slaapkamers. Je komt de kamer binnen in een gangetje waardoor de beide slaapkamers een eigen deur hebben, alsook de badkamer. Hierdoor wordt je s nachts niet wakker als iemand aan de andere kant naar het toilet gaat. De ene kamer had een tweepersoonsbed, de andere een stapelbed met onderaan tweepersoonsbed. In totaal dus voor 5 personen. Het interieur is een beetje ouder, vooral in de badkamer, maar alles is wel heel schoon. Zeker prijs-kwaliteit met het ontbijt dat is inbegrepen (broodjes, beleg, zelfs gerookte zalm, koffiekoekjes, roerei, spek). Ik had hier vorig jaar ook al alleen overnacht, en dit jaar met de familie. Locatie is dan ook geweldig, een laar minuten en je bent midden op de dijk. Tip: parkeer je auto gratis bij Strandparking Oosteroever en pak de tram naar het centrum, tramhalte bijna voor de deur van het hotel.

Séjour très agréable ! Hotel situé à 100m de la plage en pleine ville. Nous avions réservé le parking proposé à 150m et nous avions bien fait car le prix proposé pour l’hôtel était très interessant pour un stationnement de 2j. Personnel accueillant et agréable qui parle français. Petit déjeuner complet et appetissant (salade de fruits frais, très bons œufs brouillés, bacon, charcuterie, fromage, pains frais et viennoiseries) Notre chambre avait été rénovée, elle était spacieuse et confortable. Petit bémol pour la moquette mais c’est un ancien hôtel en plein centre ville donc cela s’excuse :) Rien à redire sinon c’était à la hauteur de mes espérances ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour ! Merci beaucoup

L'hôtel Ter Streep est idéalement situé à 400 m de la plage et à proximité immédiate du centre-ville d'Ostende. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. L'hôtel est propre mais il mériterait une petite mise à jour car les chambres commencent à dater. Le petit déjeuner est très fourni et varié.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die jahre gekommen, es war aber alles sauber. Es gab eine kleine Frühstücksauswahl, dafür aber sehr lecker. Die Lage ist sehr gut - man ist schnell am Strand, Hafen oder in der Stadt. Parken im Parkhaus koster 32€ pro Tag
